We deliver nationwide using Primetime Express courier services. A tracking number and link will be sent via email once the order is completed and dispatched. The parcel is trackable via Primetime Express website.
We charge a shipping flat rate fee of R90.
We do not offer international yet, but we hope it will be a reality in the future! Follow us on social (@selahvidah.co) media for updates regarding this.
Our standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days based on where you are. If you’re in more of an outlying area, it may take a little bit longer. All orders placed after 13:00 will be processed by the next working day.
Public holidays and long weekends affect delivery times. Couriers do not deliver orders over weekends or on public holidays. Long weekends delay order delivery times, and this is out of our control.
Since we're still very new, we currently do not offer free shipping. However we hope to change this in the new year.
If you are based in Cape Town and would prefer to personally collect your order, you are welcome to do so. Please check the 'Collect' option at checkout and we will be in touch with our address for you to collect your order at a pre-arranged time.
Please place your order on our website. Visit our Shop, add your products to your Cart. Your order will not be finalized until you proceed through the checkout process, add your delivery information, and make payment.
We make use of PayFast to process all payments.
Due to technical restrictions, you are not able to change or cancel your order prior to delivery once it has been confirmed. Email us at email@example.com as soon as you have realised that you have made a mistake. You have 24 hours to let us know about your mistake. If you fail to meet this 24 hour deadline, we will not know about the error, will ship your order and cannot be held responsible for it. We will also do not offer refunds for erroneous orders.

In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the situation.
Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your note, please include the following: name, date of purchase and reason including photo of damaged item(s). After you reach out to us, our customer care team will respond with a return authorization (RA) number. Please include the RA number, clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package, and provide us with tracking details for your package.
Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer, we will only pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if the wrong product was sent by mistake. All returns must be approved and have an RA number.
Definitely. Make a note in the comment section and add your friend's address in the delivery address. Don’t worry, we will not include the invoice with the parcel.

Our products are bundled in a cardboard box with packing and tissue paper, which you can easily recycle. Our flyer bags are made from recyclable plastic. We take pride in knowing that our parcels do not contribute to excessive plastic waste to our Earth.
