In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the situation.
Please write to us at hello@selahvida.co. In your note, please include the following: name, date of purchase and reason including photo of damaged item(s). After you reach out to us, our customer care team will respond with a return authorization (RA) number. Please include the RA number, clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package, and provide us with tracking details for your package.
Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer, we will only pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if the wrong product was sent by mistake. All returns must be approved and have an RA number.
